What is the best time to stretch?

Whether you want to do it before or after sex is up to you because it benefits you in both cases. Each one has its own benefits! Akshar says, โ€œPre-sex stretching can help increase blood flow to the muscles and improve flexibility, enhancing your range of motion during intimate moments. Post-sex stretching can aid in muscle recovery and alleviate any tension or tightness that may have built up.โ€
