In May, RAW Nutrition took major ground with two new formulas. First, they released CBUM Essential Charged, which is a beefed-up version of CBUM Essential Pre-Workout with even more stims, meaning you’ll be primed for new PRs in the gym.

The new Bum Energy Champion Mentality flavor is derived from RAW Nutrition’s popular Citrus Grapefruit flavor, and it tastes a lot like the “White” Monster energy drink – but we actually think it’s better.

It’s also more interesting in terms of formulation, thanks to its inclusion of Cognizin Citicoline for a focus boost you can feel alongside its lower caffeine content of 112 milligrams per can (from naturally-sourced caffeine).

BUM Energy Ingredients

• Cognizin Citicoline (250mg), also known as CDP-Choline, is a form of choline that supports cognitive function by playing a key role in the repair of cellular membranes and acting as a precursor to acetylcholine, the “learning neurotransmitter.” Clinical trials have shown that Cognizin can significantly enhance attention, mental energy, and focus when used in doses of 250 to 500 milligrams.
